Founder, William Billings, is a Utah-licensed General Contractor with over 15 years of diverse construction industry experience. His passion for construction began in residential buildings and expanded as he gained experience as an HVAC Journeyman. Willie’s fascination for utility work caused him to enroll in and complete a pre-apprenticeship program at Salt Lake Community College.
He’s going on a decade in the Lineman industry and has been involved working in high-voltage overhead and underground systems. Willie has contracted in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Texas, and Florida. This work ranged from disaster recovery projects to working with small municipalities and large power companies. Additionally, his time on a directional boring crew diversified his technical skills and refined his heavy equipment operating skills.
